The minimum age of the driver must be 23 years old and the maximum age 73 years old. All drivers must be holders of European, UK or international licenses for at least 1 year.
The renter is obliger to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when collected. No refunds are given for excess fuel left in the vehicle or early return. In case of returning the vehicle with less fuel the renter will be charged with the fuel difference.
Getting a car out of working hours (21:00 – 9:00) is possible on request, however an additional charge of 25 € (including VAT) may apply due to out of working hours.
1-hour delay in the time of returning the vehicle is aloud. Further delay may lead to an extra day charge. No refund is made for no-shows at the destination after the rental start date.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation, we kindly request you to let us know at least 5 days before collecting the vehicle and no cancellation fees are going to apply. If not, cancellation fees equal to 20% of the total price of the canceled reservation may apply.
Ferrying the vehicle is allowed, however we are not going to be able to serve you if something occurs out of the island.
Taxes & VAT 24% are included in the rental price.
The renter must return the vehicle with all tires, tools, accessories and equipment.
Damage to tires, undercarriage of the car cause by reckless driving, also damage or loss of personal items and luggage, damage to the interior of the car, as well as damage or loss of the key are not covered
In case of an accident caused by the renter, charge for the whole rental period must still be paid as well as the expenses for fixing the car.
Insurance coverages:
- Physical injuries property per victim up to 1.300.000€
- Third party damage per accident up to 1.300.000€
- Property damage caused by an uninsured vehicle up to 30.000€
- Personal accident of the driver up to 12.000€
- Legal protection up to 15.000€
- Fire insurance up to 12.300€
- Terrorist acts of fire up to 12.300€
- Civil liability fire up to 12.300€
- Damage caused by natural phenomena up to 12.300€
- Accident assistance
- Road assistance
- Airbags insurance up to 1.200€
- Window fracture up to 600€
Dents or scratches caused during the renting period shall be fixed in the renter’s expense.
Vehicle shall not be operated:
- To propel or tow any vehicle or transport.
- In motorsport events or street racing.
- By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- To transport good in violation of Custom’s Regulations or in any other illegal manner.
- On rough roads.
Additions or alternations of the terms and conditions shall be void unless agreed upon writing and signed by the Lessor.
Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are solely the renter’s responsibility.
